The Hawkhills near Easingwold is a hidden gem. Just outside York, this former stately home has beautiful interiors and is surrounded by extensive parkland which make it a really is a stunning location for a wedding.
When not being used for weddings, Hawkhills is used as an Emergency Training College, providing training courses for emergency services in planning for major disasters. Fortunately, there were none of those at Ellie and Jeff's wedding and the whole day went smoothly, thanks, in part, to the dedicated and professional staff who make sure that everything goes without a hitch.
Ellie and Jeff are a fab couple! The speeches paid tribute to just what a selfless pair they both are, forever putting others first and always with a smile. I had a lot of fun working with these guys and it was really great getting to know them both, even if I couldn't hide my jealousy that they are going to the most amazing place in the world for their honeymoon - have fun in New Zealand guys!
